How does laser therapy work?
The laser beam stimulates the cells and tissue to be healthy. It also reduces inflammation so that healing can begin. By reducing inflammation, the laser is also a great tool for helping minimize the pain of chronic conditions, like arthritis.
What will my animal feel when receiving the laser treatments?
Laser therapy is a painless application of healing light. Your animal might fell a slight tingling as the light enters the tissue and cells, but it is very minimal if at all.
How long will each treatment take?
The treatment time depends on how chronic the condition is and the depth the laser light needs to reach to be effective. However, almost all treatments will be between two and ten minutes.
How many treatments will my pet need?
The number of treatments can vary greatly based on the condition, but many pet owners notice a positive difference within four to five treatments. Some cases may be indicated to keep with the treatments on a regular monthly schedule.
What are the cost of treatments?
The cost for treatments can vary depending upon what areas we will treating on your pet. We do offer discount packages. Prices are very reasonable. Please call us and we can go over treatment options with you (827-3033).
Testimonials from clients that have experienced the laser therapy with their pets:
“Our dachshund has occasional neck problems that make her immobile for periods of time. The laser treatments have helped her relax her neck and increase her range of motion. You can see a marked improvement in her movement and personality once she has had the treatment.”

“When our black lab Ellie suffered an injury to her back leg, we were offered a course of laser treatments as an option to an expensive and invasive surgery. After 10 treatments, the improvement in Ellie’s mobility is amazing. The quality of life she enjoyed prior to her injury has been completely restored to such an extent that we have to be reminded that is almost 10 years old. Thanks to Dr. Phillips for steering us in this direction, the results for exceeded our expectations.”
