Dr. Melinda Warley
Dr. Warley grew up in the Bay Area and attended UCLA for her undergraduate degree in Biology. After a brief time as a high school Algebra teacher she attended The Ohio State for veterinary school, graduating in 2006. Following her heart back to the west, she settled in Phoenix where she practiced for the next 11 years, explored the amazing outdoor opportunities there, met her husband and started her family. She was thrilled when the opportunity to move to Reno arose in the summer of 2017 as it brought her back to where she grew up skiing, backpacking and camping as well as closer to both sides of her family.
Dr. Warley’s favorite parts of veterinary medicine include dentistry, owner education, personalized lifestyle and life-stage care for your pet and getting to know the whole family. Outside of the office, Dr. Warley enjoys family adventures, exploring the outdoors, traveling, gardening, keeping up with her 2 young daughters, cookbooks and trying new recipes.
